They are probably the most amazingly beautiful couples I have ever witnessed. And it makes me so damn lonely every time I see them on my Instagram feed or Tumblr dashboard. But the looks of it, they seem so happy and drama free. Of course they may seem that way because I’m only seeing the part that they are willing to show. But that’s something that I wish I could have.. The smiles on their faces in the pics and how happy they look. I hope one day I can genuinely feel that way and that’s what everyone else can see because right now all people know of is the drama and sh*t that they have no business knowing about. Being in a relationship or whatever it may be when everyone knows you’re together but don’t know your business seems as perfect as life honestly. 😒

Grapefruit: even if don’t change anything in your diet, eat half a grapefruit before each meal can help you lose up to a pound a week! The fruit contains a substance that can decrease insulin, a hormone that helps store fat. It is also a good source of protein, as has about 90% water in its composition.
